Ingredients

Preparation
Combine all ingredients and mix to dissolve the salt and sugar.
Immerse desired protein in brine from 4 hours to overnight before cooking. (Smaller cuts like a 1-inch thick pork loin or chicken wings require less brining time, while a whole chicken or full pork loin or shoulder will need more.)
