This quick brine is a great way to impart flavor and enhance presentation of baked or broiled fish.
Ingredients

Preparation
Combine all ingredients and mix to dissolve the salt and sugar. Use to quick brine (30 minutes–1 hour) salmon, mackerel, trout or sardines before broiling or baking.
