Olive, Raisin, Cranberry and Almond Relish with Crostini & Gorgonzola Spread

Ingredients
Relish:
- ½ cup raisins (golden or regular)
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup olives (any kind), coarsely chopped
- ½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar or raspberry
- 1 teaspoon honey
Crostini:
- 1 sourdough baguette
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Gorgonzola Spread:
- 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 2 ounces gorgonzola or blue cheese crumbles
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, optional
Preparation
Relish:
Combine all ingredients together.
Crostini:
Slice sourdough baguette into about ½-inch slices. Brush each slice with olive oil. Bake at 350°F about 15 to 20 minutes, turning over when side is golden.
Gorgonzola Spread:
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread the gorgonzola mixture on the toasted crostini and bake an additional 5 minutes. Garnish with the relish and serve.
