Ingredients

Preparation
Bring all cheeses to room temperature, then place in a food processor and puree for 60 seconds. Transfer cheese mixture to a dish and chill for 1 hour.
Combine chopped nuts, cranberries, and thyme in a work bowl. Shape chilled cheese mixture into a ball, then roll and press into the nut mixture until well coated.
