Farfalle Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 8 ounces farfalle pasta
- 3 tri-colored sweet peppers, sliced into rings
- 1 pint heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Kalamata olives, halved
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 pint perlini fresh mozzarella balls
- ½ bunch Italian parsley, chiffonade
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Boil pasta in salted water for 12 minutes, or until al dente. Rinse cooked pasta with cold water, drain and add to a large work bowl. Mix with all remaining ingredients until well combined, then serve.
