Marinated Cheese Curds

Great for cheese boards, antipasto platters, or an anytime snack, these cheese curds are infused with garlic, lemon, herbs, and spices for an extra pop of flavor.
Ingredients

Preparation
In a saucepan, gently warm olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, then heat for about 5 minutes, ensuring the garlic does not brown. Once infused, take the saucepan off the heat and allow to cool. Strain to remove the garlic.
Place cheese curds in a bowl and pour the strained oil over the curds. Add all remaining ingredients and mix together until well combined. Place mixture in Mason jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to marinate (for best flavor, marinate 3–7 days).
Serve marinated cheese curds chilled.
