Garlic Croutons with Parmesan

Crispy and crunchy, croutons are (arguably) the best part of any salad. Garlic and Parm add just the right amount of savory flavor!
Ingredients

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix the garlic, salt, and olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Add the bread cubes and toss well to coat evenly.
Spread bread cubes out in a single layer on a baking sheet and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan. Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until lightly browned and very dry.
Remove croutons from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and let cool.
