This no-bake Italian classic is soft, lightly sweet and resplendently refreshing thanks to the espresso-soaked ladyfingers! Start a day ahead of when you want to enjoy it, as it will need to chill overnight.
Ingredients

Preparation
Add whipping cream to a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed in a stand mixer. Slowly add sugar and vanilla and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Add mascarpone cheese and fold in until combined. Set aside.
Add espresso and coffee liqueur to a shallow bowl. Quickly dip the lady fingers in the coffee just to moisten each side—do not soak.
Cover the bottom of an 8x8-inch pan with a single layer of lady fingers. Smooth half of the mascarpone mixture over the top, then add another layer of dipped lady fingers. Smooth remaining mascarpone cream over the top and finish with a generous dusting of cocoa powder.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
