Also known as Chantilly cream, this super simple vanilla-essenced whipped cream will take any dessert over the top!
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1½ tablespoons superfine sugar
- ½ vanilla bean, split lengthwise, seeds scraped out and reserved
Preparation
Beat cream, sugar and vanilla in a standing mixer on medium-high speed for 3–4 minutes, or until medium peaks form.
Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 8 hours.
