Egg Tagliatelle with Pancetta, Peas & Sonoma Gourmet Alfredo Sauce

When it comes to pasta night, start with a jar of Sonoma Gourmet Creamy Alfredo Sauce for a fast and flavorful dish that's sure to satisfy.
Ingredients
- 1 jar (15.5 ounces) Sonoma Gourmet Creamy Alfredo Sauce
- 8 ounces egg tagliatelle pasta
- 4 ounces English peas
- 2 ounces pancetta, small diced
- 1 small shallot, small diced
- 3 ounces chanterelle mushrooms (optional)
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan
Preparation
In a 4–6-quart pot, bring salted water to a boil.
While water is heating, add pancetta to a 10-inch sauté pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add shallots and mushrooms (if desired) and sauté until pancetta renders. Add Alfredo sauce to the pan, then add pasta to the boiling water.
Cook pasta according to directions on the package. When pasta is ready, add peas to the sauce, then stir in the pasta. Cook for 1 minute, tossing frequently, then serve immediately topped with shredded Parmesan.
