Add some flair to noodle bowls, spring rolls and more with this trio of tantalizing sauces: Bibimbap Sauce (top), Nước Chấm Vietnamese Dipping Sauce (bottom) and Dumpling Sauce (left).
Ingredients
Nước Chấm Vietnamese Dipping Sauce:
- ¼ cup fish sauce
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 green onion, sliced thin
- 1 hot red chili, chopped fine
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Bibimbap Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons gochujang paste
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoons soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
Dumpling Sauce:
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sambal oelek
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Preparation
Mix all ingredients for your chosen sauce in a work bowl until well combined.
