Ingredients

  • 1 ounce London dry gin
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 strip orange peel
  • Ice

Preparation

Add gin, Campari, vermouth, and orange peel to a mixing glass and fill ¾ of the way with ice. Stir with a long-handled bar spoon until thoroughly chilled, about 30 rotations.

Strain cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice. Remove orange peel and express its oils over the surface of the drink, then use the peel as a garnish.
