Italian Meatballs

Make your own meatballs any day of the week with just a few simple ingredients and this delicious recipe. Bonus: This recipe also makes a marvelous meatloaf!
Ingredients

Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F for meatballs or 325°F for meatloaf.
Cut the crust from 3 slices of bread and discard. Dampen all of the bread with just a bit of water and wring it out, then mix thoroughly with remaining ingredients.
If making meatballs, form mixture into 1-ounce balls about 1½ inches in diameter, then place on a deep sheet pan and roast for 25 minutes. When cooked, remove meatballs from pan with tongs and serve tossed with your favorite spaghetti and marinara.
If making meatloaf, place mixture in a 2-pound loaf pan and bake for 45–60 minutes.
