Easy Peasy Peach Tart

This super simple peach tart is a great recipe to try with the little ones. All you need to do is slice the peaches and man the oven—everything else is kid-friendly!
Ingredients
- 4 yellow peaches, sliced
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 pinches ground cloves
- 1 package pre-made pie crust
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, combine peach slices with brown sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, and cloves.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove pie crust from package and unroll onto parchment paper.
Spoon peach mixture into the center of the dough. Fold the outside edges of the dough up and around the peaches, leaving about a 4-inch circle of peaches exposed. Use a pastry brush to brush the remaining peach juice and sugar mixture from the bowl onto the outside of the pie crust.
Bake for 30 minutes, then let cool for 1–1½ hours before serving.
