Make a mummy face on an English muffin for a spooktacular Halloween snack!

Ingredients

  • 3 English muffins
  • 6 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 12 olive slices
  • 12 small red or green pepper pieces
  • 3 string cheeses, pulled into strips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Split and toast the English muffins, then spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each cut side. Place 2 olive slices on each for eyes, then place a small piece of red or green pepper in the center of each olive for the pupils. Lay string cheese strips across like mummy wrappings, leaving the eyes peering through.

Place mummy pizzas on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese bubbles, about 10 minutes.
