Sweet Apples, tangy gorgonzola, and Cinnamon sugar on top of flaky puff pastry. This delightful comonation of Sweet and savory offers a unique and surprising appetizer. Add a Scoop of Vanilla Ice cream to make it a Dessert.

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 425 Degrees. Line a baking sheet with Foil and lightly spray with cooking spray. Carefully un-fold thawed Puff Pastry onto baking sheet. With a fork, poke holes all over puff pasrty to vent. Bake for 10 minutes or until puff pasrty begins to rise. Remove from oven and let set. In Medium mixing bowl blend together Gorgonzola and one egg. With rubber spatula spread gorgonzola mixture over puff pastry. Sprinkle an even layer of chopped candied walnuts over top of Gorgonzola mixture. layer thinly sliced apples over top of the tart in an even layer. In Separate bowl mix together Sugar and cinnamon, stir well. Sprinkle Cinnamon sugar mixture over top of apples. Bake tart for 15 minutes or until egg miture sets.
