Bourbon Marinated "Cowboy" Steak

Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the steak. Marinate steak in the mixture for 45 minutes in the refrigerator.
While steak is marinating, preheat grill. Grill steak 4–6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness. Rest meat for 5–7 minutes covered loosely with foil before serving.
