Roasted Fennel with Reggiano

Ingredients
- 3 ea. fennel bulbs
- 2 oz. FTM EVOO
- 6 oz. Shredded Reggiano
- 2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F
1. Slice fennel bulbs intpo 1/2 inch planks, reserve the frond.
2. In a large work bowl, toss fennel, EVOO, salt & pepper.
3. Arrange fennel in a casserole, top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
