Ingredients

Preparation
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Cut ciabatta rolls into ¾-inch slices, then spread butter on both sides of each slice. Place two slices in the skillet to toast, then flip one slice and top with ¼ of each cheese, ¼ of the tomatoes, and the other piece of bread, toasted side down.
Once bottom slice is toasted, carefully flip sandwich to toast the other side, then remove from pan. Repeat process for remaining sandwiches.
Serve with balsamic glaze for dipping.
