Flavorful fajitas are easier to prepare than you think! Save time by starting with pre-seasoned carne asada from our Meat Department and pre-cut bell peppers from our Produce Department.
Ingredients

Preparation
Heat an oiled cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Place carne asada in hot skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side. Remove meat from pan and set aside.
Increase the heat to high and place veggies in the same skillet. Season with salt and cook 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until nicely seared.
Slice rested carne asada and place on seared vegetables. Finish with a squeeze of lime and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately on hot skillet or in a serving dish.
