Blend frozen bananas with a little vanilla and milk for a creamy, delicious take on a frozen treat!
- 6 very ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk or cream
Cut bananas into slices and arrange in a single layer on a nonstick platter, tray or cookie sheet. Freeze bananas overnight.
Remove tray of banana slices from freezer and let stand for 15 minutes to soften slightly. Place banana slices in a food processor or heavy duty blender, and add vanilla and milk or cream. Carefully pulse and blend banana mixture until creamy and the texture of soft-serve ice cream; add more milk or cream if needed for desired consistency.
Serve and enjoy immediately.
