Chocolate Covered Popcorn

Ingredients
- ½ cup popping corn
- 3 tbsp. corn oil
- 8 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 oz. sprinkles
Preparation
1. Place chips in a bowl then place bowl over 140 degree water and melt chips to 94 F and hold at temp; DO NOT EXCEED 94 F
2.Measure corn and oil into heavy-bottom pan.
3. Cover and turn heat to medium. Leave pan lid slightly ajar to allow steam to escape
4. When popping slows, remove pan from heat.
5.Add salt as desired, after popping.
6. Using a whisk, dip tip of whisk into melted chocolate and drizszle over popcorn.
7. Garnish with sprinkles as desired.
