Here's a honey of a simple syrup!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup honey

Preparation

Combine water and honey in medium sauce pan.  Heat to a boil and then let simmer on medium-low heat until honey and water reduce down to half (should take about 30 minutes).  Pour mixture into a separate container and let cool uncovered overnight in your refrigerator.
