Tarragon Oil

Ingredients
- ¾ cup fresh tarragon leaves (about 1 bunch)
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¾ cup olive oil
- ½ cup salad oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher or sea salt
Preparation
Combine ingredients in blender and purée for 1 minute; transfer to a small bowl or squeeze bottle. Oil will keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Use as a compliment to Crooked Neck Squash Soup with Chevre or as a finish to grilled seafood. Pour oil over 8 oz. of fresh Chevre or farmer's cheese and serve with crackers or slices of Nugget Markets Rustic Baguette.
