Stir-Fried Sesame BroccoLeaf

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 6 ounces red bell pepper, large dice
- 6 ounces red onion, julienne
- 2 teaspoons chili paste
- 1 tablespoon fermented black beans (optional)
- 14 ounces BroccoLeaf, washed and shredded into large ribbons
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic, lightly pan-fried and cooled
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation
Heat sesame oil in a wok or a large sauté pan until near smoking, then add bell peppers and onions. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until caramelized, then add chili paste and black beans (optional). Toss together, then add BroccoLeaf.
Stir-fry for 1 minute, then add soy sauce and continue to stir-fry until tender and bright, about 1 minute. Finish with garlic and sesame seeds.
