Chef-Style Ribs

Just the right balance of sweet, salty, and spicy, these classic ribs go great with all the traditional barbecue fixin's. Finish on the grill for extra smoky flavor!
Ingredients
Chef's Rub:

Ribs:

Preparation
Mix all rub ingredients in a bowl. Rub mixture over the front and back of the ribs, then let rest 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Wrap ribs in aluminum foil then place on a baking sheet, meat-side up. Bake for 2 hours. Remove foil, baste with half of the barbecue sauce, then bake for 15–20 minutes or finish on the grill over medium-high heat for 15–20 minutes.
Let ribs rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
