Adding fruit to a classic s'more makes it healthy, right...? Okay, maybe not, but it does make it even more delicious!
Ingredients
- 4 large marshmallows
- 2 strawberries, sliced thin
- ½ banana, sliced thin
- 1 chocolate bar
- 8 graham cracker squares
Preparation
Place several slices of banana on half of the graham cracker squares, then top with pieces of chocolate.
Char the marshmallow over an open flame (campfire or stovetop) and immediately place on top of the chocolate. Top with 2 slices of strawberry and another square of graham cracker, then compress lightly. Repeat with remaining s'mores.
Enjoy while hot.
