For a sweet take on a Buddha bowl, try this fruity favorite with a base of açai and cottage cheese.
Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen açai
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons granola
- 3 ounces banana slices
- 2 ounces mango spears
- 2 ounces kiwi slices
- 2 ounces pineapple slices
- 2 ounces strawberry slices
- 2 ounces blood orange segments
- 1 ounce dried papaya
- 1 ounce blueberries
- 1 ounce roasted almonds
- ½ teaspoon sunflower seeds
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin seeds
- ½ teaspoon honey
Preparation
In the base of a small bowl, place açai in half of the bottom and cottage cheese on the other side. Sprinkle granola on top of the base. Lay fruit pieces (except blueberries) shingle-style inside the bowl. Top off bowl with blueberries, almonds, seeds and a drizzle of honey.
