Easy Turkey Meatloaf

Add a lot of flavor to a classic turkey meatloaf without a lot of work with the help of a pre-made seasoning like a Williams Sonoma Classic Burger Starter.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup panko
- ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup plus 1 tablespoon Williams Sonoma Caramelized Onion Burger Starter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix panko and milk to create a panade. Combine ground turkey, egg, panade, 1/3 cup burger starter, salt and pepper.
Form mixture into a loaf shape and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 30-45 minutes (time will very depending on thickness of loaf). Make a glaze by combining ketchup, mustard and 1 tablespoon burger starter.
When meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F, remove from oven and coat with glaze. Raise oven temperature to 450°F and roast meatloaf for 3-5 minutes, until glaze is set and meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
