Ingredients
- 1 piece (3–4 inches) horseradish root
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup heavy cream
Preparation
Microplane horseradish root into a small bowl. Squeeze fresh lemon juice onto horseradish, add salt, and allow to sit for 1 hour.
Whip heavy cream to soft peaks. Fold in mustard and horseradish mixture, then season to taste.
