Pulled Turkey Sliders with Oregano Coleslaw

This poultry spin on a pulled pork sandwich makes good use of both leftover turkey and dinner rolls to create fun and flavorful sliders.
Ingredients
Sauce:

Sliders:

Oregano Coleslaw:

Preparation
In a medium pan, combine all sauce ingredients and bring to a simmer. Season to taste with salt.
Add shredded turkey to sauce and mix until well combined. Cook over a low simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half.
In a large bowl, combine all coleslaw ingredients until well mixed.
Toast halved buns. Top bottom bun with turkey mix, coleslaw and top bun, then serve immediately.
