Prosciutto Cubano on Wheat

Give a classic Cubano sandwich a rich and creamy twist by adding our homemade Basil Aioli plus cornichons, prosciutto and provolone.
Ingredients
- 2 slices wheat bread
- 1 ounce basil aioli
- 2 ounces prosciutto
- 3 ounces pork loin, sliced thin
- 3 cornichons, sliced thin
- 2 ounces provolone
- 1 ounce Dijon mustard
Preparation
Spread basil aioli on one slice of bread, then layer with prosciutto, pork loin, cornichons and provolone. Spread Dijon mustard on the other piece of bread and top the sandwich.
Heat as you would a classic Cubano (in a panini press or griddle), then serve immediately.
