Spicy ginger beer adds a zesty flavor to sweet, dark rum in this refreshing beverage. Purists will argue a Dark & Stormy made with anything other than Goslings Black Seal Rum is not a Dark & Stormy at all—we'll let you decide. 

Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces Goslings Black Seal Rum
  • 4 ounces ginger beer
  • Ice
  • 1 lime wedge

Preparation

Combine rum and ginger beer in glass filled with ice. Add a squeeze of lime, then garnish with the lime wedge.
