Ingredients
- 1 cup green olives, chopped fine
- 1 cup Kalamata olives, chopped fine
- 4 tablespoons capers, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons anchovy fillets, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons roasted garlic, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped fine
- 1½ teaspoons orange zest
- 4–6 ounces olive oil
Preparation
