If I was a chicken and I had to choose my own fate by giving up my body parts for human consumption, I would want my legs and thighs to be braised in red wine and served over savory mashed potatoes. Look at the ridiculous way the rooster struts around the yard like a young Mick Jagger - pure comedy! How about eggs? I love eggs from my head down to my legs.
